Thank you for visiting Rafter A Golden Retrievers. My Love for dogs started back as a little girl. I spent many evenings watching my father train champion field trial Labradors retrievers. He produced some of the finest hunting and field trial labradors in Kansas, not only for the locals but, federal game wardens. Even today, at 77, next to him in a duck blind sits a very well trained Labrador.

So it was no surprise when my sons followed in their granddads footsteps and also trained amazing Labradors.
My first golden retrieve was given to me by my husband, as a Valentines gift. She was amazing and I knew the golden retriever breed would always be a part of our family.
